  • Balancing the demand and supply of economic and financial resources in a dynamic form. Developing systems that identify, quantify and prioritize the demand and allocation of resources to carry out the organizational strategy.
  • Promoting strategic investments. This is an important indicator for Uruguay in terms of effectiveness, as it has been possible to finance research activities, develop them and forecast them with a long-term vision.
  • Developing management indicators (IMS) for key processes. With the purpose of identifying and quantifying the demand, the IMS enables the determination of objectives/goals and budget at each stage, and from different perspectives - by Regional Offices, Programs, Projects, Units, cost centers, items, etc.).
  • Work is being done on the Quality Management System regarding internal management and the links of the institution with the sector, including the social responsibility concept in an integrated manner.
