Objectives:
The strategy of the Technological Business Management Office consists in a wide but selective strategy of alliances that enables to work more
precisely on INIA's specific R&D + I profile.
Its proactive attitude to the continuous search for more intelligent forms of coordinating actions and articulating different capacities among public and private stakeholders, such as research institutes, universities, associations of producers, industrial associations, private companies and people in charge/managers of the scientific and technological policy of the country, has enabled INIA to widen its institutional space of action, positioning itself as a catalyst, both from a territorial and a thematic viewpoint, generating critical mass, widening its focus, developing new products and processes and providing new services to the agricultural and agroindustrial sector, complementing, strengthening and fostering the existing capacities while generating new capacities.
