ABSTRACT. During a four-year period, mature ewes were either shorn in mid-pregnancy or post-partum to study impacts on lamb live weight and survival. Furthermore, placental measurements were collected post-partum from a subset of single-bearing ewes and yearly fleece weights and wool samples were collected from a subset of single- and twin-bearing ewes.
